Need in-person service for a DMV transaction you can't get online or by mail? DMV is now offering specific services by appointment only at many locations.

VISIT A DMV CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER: To schedule an appointment at a DMV customer service center, select a "service type" and then select which office you'd like to visit from the menu to the right. On the next page, you'll be prompted to select a specific service and make an appointment for a specific date and time.

VISIT A DMV SELECT: Need a vehicle transaction? A DMV Select can help! DMV partners with local governments and private entities to provide mostly vehicle transactions, such as titles, registrations, and license plates. To find a location near you, visit dmvNOW.com/select. Please click on the individual office's webpage to ensure it is open and to read any important operating information, including whether the office requires appointments.

VISIT A FULL-SERVICE E-ZPASS OFFICE AT DMV: Two DMV customer service centers offer full E-ZPass customer service by appointment for customers who need to conduct business in person. However, customers are encouraged to visit ezpassva.com to conduct their transaction online. Customers can order a transponder, add money to their account and manage their account completely online.

VISIT DMV CONNECT: DMV Connect is made up of portable service teams that travel the state to provide convenient service at locations such as libraries, government centers, colleges and military bases. To schedule an appointment with DMV Connect, select an upcoming mobile location near you. DMV Connect locations change regularly and the calendar is constantly being updated. DMV Connect cannot conduct road skills testing, vital records transactions, and HAZMAT fingerprinting. You can complete a titling transaction with DMV Connect, but your title will arrive by mail in 14 days.

The health and well-being of our customers and employees are of the utmost importance to us. For information on the measures DMV has put in place to serve you safely, visit dmvNOW.com/reopening.
